Printing In A Box and its subsidiaries hereby agrees to not directly compete with the business of our Vendors, Resellers, Contacts and it’s successors.
The term “non-compete” as used herein shall mean that PIAB shall not own, manage, operate, consult or be employed by the Customers or Contacts of its Resellers. Contacts and dates of our Resellers ARE PROTECTED. PIAB retains this information as confidential and will not use said information on our behalf or disclose to any third party.
