This feature allows both you and your customers to submit custom quote requests.
When submitting a quote for a customer, we recommend doing so on their behalf by logging into their account rather than through your personal account. This allows for the order to be created and escalated directly to the client’s profile for them to actually place the order.
The quote submission interface has step-by-step instructions and is very easy to use.
